Fukutomi Company Limited is operating on a worldwide scale. We have overseas subsidiaries and associate companies spans across 15 countries in Europe, the United States, Australia and Asia; collecting plastic scraps from petro-chemical industries to all types of plastic manufacturers and commercial industries. Due to a constant supply, we are able to provide our customers with materials to fulfill their different production needs. In the Mainland China, we have 5 representative offices located in Shenzhen, Shantou, Fuzhou, Ningbo and Beijing for the development of a nationwide sales network.

Our company has established several plastic scraps sorting and pelletization facilities in the Guangdong area and we promote the materials to the plastic raw material market or sell it directly to the plastic factories. In addition, our engineers conduct research on all kinds of engineering plastic materials using modification techniques to meet the different natures and needs of different types of products.

Production of plastic products
In 2006, Fukutomi (Shantou) Industrial Limited Plastic Factory in Shantou was established for the production of different kinds of products, including CD, DVD cases, flower pots, golf tee and more.

Development and production of biodegradable plastic products
Based on the concept of human's well-being as objective and a clean environment for the enjoyment of all, we are devoted to developing and innovating biodegradable plastic material PLA (Polylactic Acid) products. We are currently in the production of PLA golf tees and besides we are developing PLA flower pots, PLA cutlery and more to meet the rising trend of sustainable development.

Fukutomi Company Limited, established in 1984, is experienced in the plastic recycling business for more than 20 years. We are specialized in: processing and recycling of plastic scraps, producing plastic products, developing and innovating biodegradable plastic products. We are committed to the recycling use of present resources and investing in and promoting the usage of green plastic products in order to contribute to the reduction of the environmental damage. Due to the limited resources on the earth, Western countries have already started half-century ago with the concept of sustainable development, which has led to a global recognition and trend. Sustainable development involves meeting the present needs of humans without endangering the welfare of future generation. The goal of environmental sustainability is to minimize environmental degradation.

Industrial Park

In 2006, Fukutomi designed to invest 50 million US dollars in the construction project of the Shantou Fukutomi Industrial Park in the Shantou Free Trade Zone, which occupied a total area of 94,667m2. We estimate the overall project will be completed by 2011 with a maximum building area of 200,000m2 and anticipate our annual turnover will reach 150 million US dollars.
The initial phase includes four manufacturing complexes, one office building, one dormitory building for workers, four management office buildings, one staff recreation center, one training center, one reception center and one sports complex. Production lines to be installed will include audio-visual media packaging products, biodegradable Polylactic Acid (PLA) products, as well as injection molded plastic pallets, plastic containers for industrial use and compounding of engineering plastics.
While we concentrate on our business development, we are also devoted to provide a healthy and harmonious working environment for the workforce. There are many entertainment and recreational facilities, such as a recreation center, a canteen, a soccer field, a basketball court and badminton courts for our staff to enjoy during their free time.
