We produce biodegradable PLA cutlery and dining utensils including forks, knives, spoons, ice-cream scoops, etc both for adults and children. These utensils are 100% non-toxic and are certified for food approval. They do not contain any petroleum-based plastic resin and will completely break down within around 10 weeks in active compost systems. The biodegradable cutlery is also packaged in biodegradable packaging made from corn starch, which is compostable as well. PLA tableware is suitable for cold dishes and PLA can also be modified to be heat resistant up to 80 ℃ which is suitable for hot dining. Our products are highly diversified in terms of colour and design to meet different market needs
Golf Tee
PLA golf tee is a biodegradable product that is not only friendly to the environment, but you also have no need to pick up the broken pieces, the bio tees will biodegrade and simply disappear within weeks. The advantage of PLA golf tee is that it is more environmental friendly than traditional wood tees. Moreover, we can provide different packaging according to customer requirement. Company name can also be printed on the tee as corporate gifts.
Flower Pots
PLA flowerpot will biologically degrade within a few months after being buried inside soil. This biodegradable flowerpot can be buried together with plant seedlings inside soil and unnecessary to be removed which facilitates gardening companies to save time and cost. When compared to plastic and ceramic pots, our product has very good ventilation with smooth and beautiful finishing. Our product has many choices of colour, size and design for your reference.

PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is a revolutionary new generation biodegradable and compostable bio-plastic derived from 100% renewable raw materials such as corn, potato, wheat and other starch rich crops and are certified for compostability under standards set by international organizations. Application & Processing of PLA

PLA can be applied in different fields such as food packaging, food containers, tableware, films, bags, non-woven and fibers through a wide range of processing technologies including injection moulding, blow moulding, thermoforming, extrusion and calendaring. Injection moulding is the most typical method to produce PLA cutlery and dining utensils. PLA films can be produced through the processes of extrusion and calendaring. Extrusion involves the steps of feeding, heating, fusing and forcing a plastic compound.

In order to fully utilize recyclable resources, we also collect various kinds of PLA production scrap generated from PLA industry while we manufacture PLA products.
