As a consequence of Greek debt in EU countries, doubt on global economic revitalization has been becoming deeper. Inventors intended to get rid of unstable assets, resulting in dramatic decrease in cruel oil price. In spite of the fact that cruel oil price increased to nearly USD 90 per barrel in early May, it dropped drastically to below USD 70 per barrel as USD 74.35 per barrel on 31 May, accounting for 16% of decrease, back to the price level in beginning of the year.

In early May, plastic scrap price has been dropping following the prime price as a result of decrease in cruel oil price. Especially PP and PE, scrap price has dropped by USD 50 per tonne. According to the petroleum pricing system in China, since cruel oil price has not increased by 4% in 22 consecutive days, relevant governmental department has no excuse to raise up petroleum price. It results in a slightly increase in demand for cars, price of engineering plastics remains a steady increase.

Plastic Recycling Procedures

1) Collected plastic waste are sorted and separated into different plastic type.

2) Sorted plastics are shreded, chopped, or granulated into flakes or chips for washing.

3) Granulated plastics are washed to remove contamination.

4) Washed plastics are dried by centrifuge

5) Processed plastics put ionto the bag then process to become other products.
